DIALOGUES at the 2nd Intern. Conference of International Researchers of the Education for Environmental Citizenship 2022

On March 11th, 2022, DIALOGUES was at the 2nd International Conference of International Researchers of the Education for environment citizenship 2022, represented by the project coordinator Andrea Kollmann from Energieinstitut at the Johannes Kepler University Linz.

Andrea Kollmann participated in the session “Concepts of Empowerment: The Role of Energy and Environmental Citizenship in The Energy Transition”, where she introduced the DIALOGUES project which focuses on addressing the following main questions:

  • What is energy citizenship?
  • In what ways can citizens actively participate in and shape the energy transition?
  • What perspective do certain population groups (e.g. rich and low-income households, energy-poor, ethnic minorities) have in and on the energy transition?
